Sport Link LLC ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the ClipboardIQ application ("App") on any compatible device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial coaching and score-keeping use. The App is available on iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software code, designs, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Sport Link LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sub-license, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App includes AI-powered features that generate practice plans, drill suggestions, and coaching recommendations ("AI Content"). AI Content is produced by third-party artificial intelligence models and is provided as a starting point for your coaching decisions.
AI Content is not professional coaching advice, medical advice, or athletic training guidance. It is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for your professional judgment. You must independently evaluate every AI-generated practice plan, drill, or recommendation before using it with your team.
You are solely responsible for:
AI Content is provided "as-is." Sport Link LLC makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated output. AI outputs may contain errors, inappropriate difficulty levels, or exercises unsuitable for specific age groups, skill levels, or physical conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sport Link LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of or reliance on AI Content. By using the AI features, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
The App uses third-party AI service providers to power its AI features. Your use of AI features is subject to the acceptable use policies of these providers. Currently, the App uses the following AI service providers:
The Company reserves the right to change, add, or remove AI service providers at any time without notice, provided that any such change complies with the Privacy Policy.
When you use AI features, contextual data from your account (such as your conversation messages, squad member first names, drill history, game schedule, and feedback data) may be sent to AI service providers for processing. See the Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
You may enter information about your squad members, including names and coaching notes ("Squad Data"). You represent and warrant that:
You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all data you enter into the App. Sport Link LLC does not verify Squad Data and is not responsible for any errors or consequences resulting from inaccurate data.
You grant Sport Link LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your use of the App for the purpose of improving the App and developing aggregate insights (such as drill popularity trends or effectiveness statistics). Such aggregated data will be stripped of all personally identifying information and will not identify you, your team, or any individual player.
The App offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Payments are processed through Paddle (web), Apple App Store (iOS), or Google Play Store (Android).
Paddle (Web): For web purchases, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record — Paddle is the legal seller of the subscription. Paddle's terms of service and refund policy apply to these transactions. Refund requests for web subscriptions should be directed to Paddle's support.
Apple App Store and Google Play Store: For mobile purchases, subscription terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are governed by the respective platform's terms. Refund requests should be submitted through the App Store or Google Play.
Sport Link LLC reserves the right to change pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their subscription.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at [https://spotsscoreboard.com/pages/privacy]. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, including data processed by third-party AI services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SPORT LINK LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPORT LINK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, drill libraries, and AI-generated outputs — are the property of Sport Link LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated practice plans created through the App are provided to you for your personal coaching use but remain subject to the terms of this agreement.
Your use of the App may be subject to additional third-party terms, including:
Sport Link LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 6, 9, 10, and 11) shall survive.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
Sport Link LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
